ABOUT ME
KATALINA INDAY
( kah-tah-LEE-nah || in-DIE )
Raised in the desert city streets of Phoenix, Arizona, fire is forged into my bones. My passion to create multi dimensional art is derived from my ability to blend and integrate the various layers of my artistic mediums.
An entrepreneur of hair and fashion, my creative journey began working behind the chair as an independent stylist and lead me to becoming a writer for a local underground magazine, connecting roots within my community and collaborating with other artists based in the city's creative scene.
In 2024, our downtown district of Roosevelt Row hosted my debut street performance as a live cover singer at its First Friday Art Walk, opening the gateway to pursuing a path in music.
I have a theory that I was sent to the desert in this life, because I took too many lives by the sea in my last. But the waves of the sirens still call to me, and I open the channel when I sing.
